What it means?

It means specifically to the combination of the laws. That God gave Moises and Moises narrow this were law's that God did for God people. This laws are found in the first 5 books of the BIBLE.

There was 615 laws in this 5 books. But the Israelite kept breaking this law and doing sacrifice . just to culprit with the guilt. But after the sacrificial the went back and break the laws again and it became a cycle. But God want a sincerely repentant.

The laws that God told Moises this law were there because the are there. They had a mean to keep God's people safe from the disease, to teach respect, to protected from what was in the desert. God was building his nation. But they kept there cycle.

Circumcision it not just use for a sacrificial it was to kept man of God's clean and preventing them from any disease. They didn't had technology like we do. The had there dependence on God.

If you read the book of Leviticus 13: 45-46

“If a person has a skin disease that spreads, he must warn other people. He must shout, ‘Unclean, unclean!’ His clothes must be torn at the seams. He must let his hair stay uncombed. And he must cover his mouth"

That person will be unclean the whole time he has the disease. He is unclean. He must live alone outside the camp.

Today's and Chapter 13 of the books of Leviticus are they similar.
